King Felix rules over the court

For almost a decade Felix Hernandez has proven that he is one of the most dominate pitchers in the majors. He has been in the top 5 in ERA quite often, become a fixture at the all-star game with appearing at 4 of the last 5, has a perfect game and a CyYoung award . Today he takes the mound to once again show why he refereed to as 'King' Felix as he opposes the Oakland Athletics for the second time this season after dominating them for 8.1 innings before giving up a homerun that became the only run the Athletics would get as the Seattle Mariners won 3-1.

The 1^st inning kicks off as Sam Fuld steps into to the box to face 'King' Felix and he hits a ground ball to Justin Smoak for an out. Jed Lowrie is up next as he hits a ground ball to Justin Smoak. Josh Donaldson comes up to the plate and he flies out to Abraham Almonte to end the top of the inning. Tommy Milone takes to the mound for the Athletics.
