The Mariners welcome Michael Saunders back with a win over Baltimore

Joe Saunders takes the mound as the Mariners get set to face the Orioles. The game starts with Nick Mirkakis flies out. Then Manny Machado steps up and strikes out. Adam Jones is up next and hits a ground ball to end the inning. In the Mariners half of the inning Michael Saunders starts it off with a home run. Kyle Seager is up next and grounds out. The Kendrys Morlales and Michael Morse follow sit and hit ground balls to end the inning.

In the 2^nd Chris Davis starts and hits a ground ball. Matt Wieters is up next and gfrounds out. J.J. Hardy is up next and quickly goes out to end the top of the inning. In the Mariners half of the 2^nd Jesus Montero flies out to Adam Jones. Justin Smoak is up next and hits a ground ball for an out. Jason Bay steps up next and gets a single. Robert Andino follows him with a ground ball to end the inning.

The 3^rd starts with Steve Pearce popping up to Morales. Nolan Reimold gets a base hit. Alexi Casilla then pops a ball to Robert Andino. Then back to the top or the line up with Nick Mirkakis who hits a ground ball to Andino to end the top of the inning. In the Mariners half Brendan Ryan starts off with a pop up to the catcher. Michael Saunders steps up for his second at bat and strikes out. Then Kyle Seager gets set and gets a single. Next is Kendrys Morales who hits a fly ball out to end the inning.

In the 4^th Manny Machado gets an infield single. Adam Jones is up next and hits into a double play. Chris Davis is up next and gets a single. Matt Wieters steps up to the plate and hits a 2-run homer giving Baltimore the lead. J. J. Hardy is next and hits a ground ball to Kyle Seager who throws him out to end the inning. Michael Morse steps in the batter's box to start the Mariners half of the 4^th where he hits a single to right field. Jesus Montero is next and he walks to give the Mariners two on base. Justin Smoak is the next batter and hits a fly ball for an out. Jason Bay steps into the batter's box and he brings in Michael Morse with a double. Robert Andino is up next and brings in Montero with a single. Robert Andino steals second. With two on and one out Brendan Ryan steps up strikes out. Michael Saunders come up and walks to load the bases. Kyle Seager comes up next and hits a fly ball to end the inning.

Robert Andino comes up to bat moving the runners along with a sacrifice bunt. That Brings up Brendan Ryan with two runners on and he brings Smoak in with a single. Back to the top of the order for Michael Saunders gets to first on a fielder's choice. Kyle Seager the hits a triple to bring Saunders in from first. Kendrys Morales hits a ground ball to end the inning but not before the Mariners get three runs to take a 6-2 lead.

Chris Davis starts the 7^th and he walks. That bring up Matt Wieters who hits into a double play. J. J. Hardy is next and he hits a ground ball to Brendan Ryan who throws him out. Michael Morse starts off the Mariners half of the inning who hits a fly ball for the first out. Jesus Montero is up next and strikes out. Justin Smoak steps in and he gets a stand up double. For the 9^th Baltimore goes back to the top of the order as Nick Mirkakis leads off and he hits a ground ball to Brendan Ryan. Manny Machado is next and hits a ground ball to Ryan. That brings up Adam Jones who strikes out to end the game. The Seattle Mariners get a 6-2 win as Joe Saunders pitches the ninth complete game of his career and the first complete game for the Mariners this season.
