The Seattle Mariners lose three straight to the Twins

Over the weekend Lloyd McClendon decided that he would give Felix Hernandez an extra day to have him pitch the first game against the Oakland Athletics. The question arose that if he will pitch Friday who will pitch Thursday? Well, yesterday we where given the answer as it announced that former closer turned long reliever Tom Whilhelm will start the final game of the series against the Twins. His oppnent will be Yohan Pino pitching for the Minnesota Twins.

Brian Dozier will start the 1^st inning with a ground ball to Robinson Cano for an out. Kurt Suzuki is the next man to the plate and he walks.
