The Angels outlast the Mariners

In the their first game since the all-star break the Seattle Mariners start the second half of the season on the road with a 3-game series againt the Los Angeles of Anaheim Angels. Starting for the Mariners is Hisashi Iwakumi as he tries for his 9^th win of the season. Opposing the Mariners is Jered Weaver as he seeks his 11^th win.
