The Seattle Mariners return to .500 for the season

Tonight the Seattle Mariners begin a 4 game series against American league west rivals the Oakland Athletics. The series will end with a double-header to make up the game the was washed out in the second series of the season. The starting pitcher for the Mariners will be Chris Young, who was suppose to make his first start of the season in that game that was wash out. The Athletics will oppose the Mariners by sending Scott Kazmir to the mound.
