Tonight we are getting our groove on as
we hop into the wayback and set it for 1979. It was a time when disco
music still ruled, we were having a dyn-o-mite time with Jimmy
Walker, Robin Williams had us watching the skies for flying eggs sent
from the planet 'Ork' and the Seattle Mariners were in their third
season. When we arrive and walk into Safeco (or for tonight the
Kingdom) we will see the Seattle Mariners in their marine blue
uniforms with the trident 'm' that was retired over two decades ago.
If tonights' starting pitcher Brandon Mauer was reading this he would
wonder what I was refering to since he wasn't born until 1990.
In sticking with the far out theme of

the Mariners winning streak to 4 games. Opposing the Mariners will be
Houston Astro pitcher Brett Oberholtzer.
